You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods if you are not satisfied. and would like a refund or exchange.
We do not refund or exchange items unless they are damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging.
We do not refund or exchange if you have changed your mind so please consider your purchase carefully.
Please note that due to using natural ingredients our products may differ slightly in texture, colour and scent. Therefore this will not be considered a fault and thus not considered as a reason to return the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com. You can return your item to moJé essentials, PO Box 2172, Taylors Lakes, Vic, AU, 3038. Please write your details as return to sender so we know who has sent us the parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However, we will be as quick as possible.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
